Kinesiotaping is a popular modern form of strapping in supporting an athlete in injured muscle performance and in injury recovery. It is most famously used as edema taping to assist in the healing of large contusions that can occur after falling off of a mountain bike (for example).

Fire Cupping

Fire Cupping is a technique suctioning “cups” over specific areas of the body to improve blood circulation and remove any unwanted toxins.
