Natalie Yu is a holistic practitioner who brings together the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, energy medicine, and modern approaches to health and wellbeing. Her work is rooted in the belief that meaningful healing often comes from looking beyond symptoms to understand the deeper physical, emotional, energetic, and experiential patterns that shape our health.

Born and raised in Western Canada to traditional Chinese parents, Natalie grew up with a natural connection to both Eastern and Western perspectives on health. Traditional Chinese Medicine was an integral part of her family life from an early age, with several close family members—including her mother—working as acupuncturists and Chinese medicine Doctors. As a result, acupuncture and Chinese medicine were not simply something she studied later in life; they were the first system of healthcare she experienced and trusted.

Natalie's own journey into healing has always been driven by curiosity and a desire to understand the human experience more deeply. She continually explores new perspectives and modalities, seeking approaches that can complement one another and provide more individualized support for each person. Her practice reflects this integrative philosophy, combining the traditional foundations of Chinese medicine with a broader understanding of the physical, emotional, energetic, and subconscious dimensions of wellbeing.

Alongside her work in Chinese medicine and acupuncture, Natalie has spent many years exploring energy healing. After practicing Usui Reiki for several years, she felt drawn to explore what lay beyond the framework she already knew. In 2023, she was introduced to Antojai Quantum Reiki, beginning a deeper exploration into energy, consciousness, and the patterns that can influence our lives and wellbeing. She now incorporates Quantum Reiki into her broader healing toolkit for those seeking support with emotional patterns, inner-child work, life transitions, greater clarity, and a deeper sense of balance and connection.

Natalie's approach is both intuitive and grounded. She recognizes that every person arrives with a different history, nervous system, life experience, and set of needs, and she does not believe healing should follow a one-size-fits-all formula. Her role is to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the layers contributing to how they feel—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

At the heart of Natalie's work is a simple intention: to help people better understand themselves, reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, and create greater balance in their lives.

She continues to learn, evolve, and expand her understanding of healing, bringing together the ancient wisdom she was raised with and the emerging perspectives that continue to shape her practice today.
